Paola, the owner of the place, has skilfully mixed the different Mediterranean cultures to bring you a rich and colorful cuisine. The entire "La Goëlette" team welcomes you very pleasantly and does everything possible to concoct all these flavours that will delight taste buds and palates.
The restaurant bears the name that appeared in the 16th century, to designate an elegant type of sailboat, generally balanced and not requiring a very large crew for maneuvering. However, unlike square-rigged sailboats, "goëlettes" knows as schooners could not carry a large area of sails, which limited them to coasting or deep-sea fishing roles, where their manoeuvrability was marvellous.
